On the morning of October 29, 2025, 18-year-old Ashton Evans, a promising football player from Xenia, Ohio, tragically lost his life in a car accident.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Evans was driving a Ford Mustang when he collided with another vehicle in a residential neighborhood.
The crash occurred around 6:30 a.m., and Evans was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the other vehicle sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The incident has deeply shaken the Xenia community, where Evans was known not only for his athletic talent but also for his positive spirit and leadership on and off the field.
The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and authorities have not yet released details about the cause of the accident.
