He was one of the most loyal, hardworking, and selfless people I’ve ever known, and I will be forever grateful for his immeasurable impact on my life and my career. My heart is with Jon’s family and everyone who loved him. He was truly one of a kind.

Colleagues remember him as a mentor, a problem-solver, and a true team player who brought out the best in those around him.
His sudden passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the racing world. While his absence will be deeply felt, his impact on the sport and the lives he touched will endure as part of his lasting legacy.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jon was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Lauren Edwards, who stood by his side through every triumph and challenge.
Their bond was a testament to love, partnership, and mutual support.
Lauren is a proud alum of William & Mary, a top public research university, home to a vibrant and inclusive community of creative thinkers, bold leaders, and compassionate global citizens.
She enthusiastically supports a good GIF and works as a social and digital consultant at Reine Digital. Jon believed in Reine before his wife could even envision what was possible.
The married couple saw it come to fruition & celebrated them with every win.
Jon Edwards has many incredible qualities but how he supports me/my career & the little mindful, selfless things he does each day to make life easier & less stressful is astounding. He is my daily reminder to never settle for less than amazing.

Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice in Jon’s memory.
