Chase played both lacrosse and football at the varsity level for Hudsonville High and showcased his exceptional sports skills, leading his team to several victories.
Wearing jersey number 10, he played as a midfielder in lacrosse and as a strong safety and free safety in football.
During the 2023-24 varsity football season, Chase played one game, recording 2 solo and 2 total tackles, averaging 2.0 tackles per game.
Ciolek was not just popular for his amazing sports skills but also was known for his humble and friendly nature.

Chase Ciolek Is Survived By His Parents, Jody and Tom Ciolek!
Chase Ciolek was born in July 2005 as a second child to father Tom, aka Thomas Ciolek, and mother Jody Lea Ciolek.
The tragic death of Chase has left his parents and siblings devastated.
Jody and Tom often share pictures of thier late son Chase on their social media, expressing their love and pride for him.
Regarding his parents, Chase’s father, Tom, aka Thomas Ciolek, currently serves as the manager of Operations at Tyson Foods in Zeeland, Michigan.
Tom has been working with Tyson Foods for over 11 years; he joined the company in October 2013 as a Plant Engineer before being promoted to Maintenance Manager I.
Before that, he worked with Hillshire Brands for 14 years as an associate and senior project Engineer. He joined Hillshire in 1999 as a senior CAD operator.
Tom earned his bachelor of science and manufacturing engineering degree from Ferris State University in 2004 and his AAS in Computer-Aided Design from ITT Technical Institute in 1999.
Very little information about his mother, Jody, is available. However, one report says that Jody was born in 1978.
In addition to Chase Ciolek’s parents, left to cherish his life are his three siblings, elder sister Aubrey, two brothers, and his whole family and loved ones.
