Fawn Rich took to her Facebook to slam the absent mother of her stepdaughters for ditching the girls 13 years ago, skipping softball games and birthdays, and now acting like a proud grandma.
Fawn Rich went on Facebook the other day and let it all out. She and her husband, John, have been raising two little girls, basically her stepdaughters, for almost 13 years now, ever since the court gave them full custody.
The girls are grown women at this point, and one of them is about to have a baby.
Fawn is furious because the biological mom, who walked away back then, is suddenly popping up, acting like she was always there and now wants to be called Grandma.
In fact, she says that’s not how it went down at all.
She started boldly writing:
I know I am not a perfect mom nor will I ever make the claims that I am, I have and continue to make mistakes and learn from them to become better as a person. But one thing I will not be doing especially since my kids are all of age to make decisions of their own as adults is blame the other party for my mistakes.

Fawn revealed that it was the girls’ biological mother who chose not to be a part of their lives 13 years ago.
Despite not wanting to be part of the girls’ lives, Fawn kept the door open for her. She invited the mom to birthday parties, softball games, school plays, and even field trips.
All the mom had to do was fill out a simple background-check form like every other parent, but she never did. Instead, she came up with one excuse after another.
Fawn wrote that she still laughs about the wildest excuses the mom made, claiming that everybody at the event hated her and wanted to fight her.
Whenever school started, the biological mom would sometimes text and ask what the girls needed. Fawn would send the list; however, most of the time, nothing showed up.
When something did arrive, it was the wrong size clothes or shoes, or random stuff the kids didn’t even need for class.
And talking about financial help, Fawn says in 11 years of the girl’s school, she saw maybe fifty bucks total from the mother. Contact was spotty at best. Whole months would go by with nothing.
She wrote:
You act like you did everything for them when you got them clothes that was never the right size including shoes after I told you what size they wore, and that was only a small handful of times over a few years. Then over the 11 years as kids going through school we seen a total of maybe $50 for them.

She wrote, “John and I took care of everything including field trips there softball and equipment, doctor appointments including the thousands of dollars I forked out for their graduation and birthday parties.“
There were a couple of years when the phone rang only on birthdays or Christmas.
Fawn revealed one instance that really stuck with Fawn, which happened right after they first got custody.
It was when the state was still trying to reunify, and a visit was scheduled. John and Fawn called the caseworker because the mom hadn’t shown up.
However, five minutes after they hung up, the mom called the girls and told them the office was closed for the day.
The girls were sitting in the same room and heard the whole conversation with the caseworker, so they knew it was a lie.
Another instance was 2 years ago when the girls wanted to call their mom on her birthday. Fawn says she practically had to beg the mother to take the call, and when she finally did, she was drunk and barely spoke to them.
However, now the mother is posting proud-mom and excited-grandma stuff online, which makes Fawn mad, considering the mom was never present in the girls’ lives while they grew up.
Fawn wrote:
You were never involved with any schooling so you cannot hold the title of Proud mom with them graduating. what makes it worse you want to play grandma now since 2 of your girls are grown and one is about to have her child that’s despicable and disgusting if you ask me.

She added that she has kept the receipts like old texts, screenshots of Facebook posts from years ago, call logs, voicemails, and even a threatening message the mom once sent to a neighbor.
Fawn boldly said to the mom, it is high time she starts telling her friends the real story before all of it ends up public.
So I suggest maybe start telling the truth about what you did to them girls to your so called friends cause Karma getting ready to bite you in the ass and everyone wakes up and sees who you truly are cause everything I have is about to be blasted all over social media including your little wannabe of a gangster husband that has a felony on him pulling a weapon out on somebody
