Later, he joined Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro after graduating from Brookline in 2004.

College Career

Adrien played as a power forward for the University of Connecticut Huskies.

He was named to the 2008 First Team All-Big East Conference in the 2007-08 NCAA season, leading the team in points (14.8ppg) and rebounds (9.7rpg). 

In 2009, the team reached the Final Four of the 2009 NCAA Men’s Division Basketball Championship but lost the title to the Michigan State Spartans. 

Adrien finished his university career with 1,600 points and 1,100 rebounds. 

Professional Career

Adrien signed with Leite Río Bregán of the Spanish league in Lugo, Galicia, after being undrafted in the 2009 NBA Draft.

Later in 2009, he accepted an invitation to play for an Orlando Pro Summer League, a team jointly run by the New Jersey Nets and the Philadelphia 76ers.

Jeff also played for the Memphis Grizzlies in the Vegas Summer League alongside fellow Connecticut alumni Marcus Williams, Rudy Gay, and Hasheem Thabeet. 

He played for the Orlando Magic in the Orlando Pro Summer League in 2010. 

On August 24, 2010, he was invited to play for the Golden State Warriors training camp. He scored 11 points and 15 rebounds in a preseason game over the Sacramento Kings on October 10, 2010.

After the Kings waived him, he signed with the Erie BayHawks in December 2011 and was traded to the Rio Grande Valley.

In February 2011, Jeff re-signed with the Golden Gate Warriors after a trade that allowed roster space for him. Unfortunately, he was waived by the Warriors on June 30, 2011. 

He signed one year deal with the Italian team Benetton Treviso, with the condition to return to the NBA after ending the 2011 NBA lockout.

Adrien signed with the Houston Rockets in 2011, where he reunited with his former teammate Hasheem Thabeet.

On October 2012, Rio Grande Valley Vipers acquired him for an undisclosed fee. 

2012-2013 Season

On October 2012, Adrien was acquired by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. 

He was invited by Charlotte Bobcats in December 2012 and signed for Bobcats for the remainder of the 2013 season.

In February 2014, Adrien was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.

He returned to Houston Rockets for a second stint and signed with the Rockets in July 2014. Adrien was subsequently waived by the Rockets in October 2014.

Adrien then signed with Minnesota Timberwolves in November 2014. Unfortunately, Timberwolves waived him just after playing 16 games. 

Likewise, he signed with the Chinese Basketball team Guangdong Southern Tigers in January 2015. The team released him before game 3 of the semi-final match-up to open a roster spot for Emmanuel Mudiay.

In 2015, the basketball player signed with the New Orleans Pelicans, and after appearing in three preseason games, he was waived by the Pelicans.

In August 2016, he signed with Bnel Herzliya of the Israeli Premier League. During his season, Jeff was selected for the Israeli League All-Star Game and assisted the team in progressing to the FIBA Europe Cup second round.

On July 3, 2018, Adrien signed a contract extension of three-year with Bnei Herzliya. In March 2019, he logged season-high 25 points, shooting 9-of-14 from the field, along with 12 rebounds and four assists in an 89-90 loss to Hapoel Gilboa Galil.

He signed with Ironi Nahariya in Au for the 2019-20 season. Jeff averaged 10.9 points and 6.4 rebounds per game in 14 games for Nahariya. 

In February 2020, Adrien signed with the Saudi premiere League team, Al-Ittihad Jeddah.
