Jett Washington parents, Jerrod and Sharia Washington, have an athletic past. It is to be seen whether Jett follows in his father’s footsteps or his legendary uncle, Kobe Bryant.
Recently, Jett made headlines after scoring 33 points for his team, Bishop Gorman High, against San Francisco Riordan. This has made many believe that he could continue his uncle’s legacy.
Jett’s mother, Sharia, is the elder sister of the late NBA legend. After Kobe’s demise, Sharia got a tribute tattoo with a black Mamba snake wrapped around the numbers two and 24, which were Gianna and Kobe’s basketball jersey numbers.
Though Jett might have made headlines for his basketball prowess, he is also a talented football player. 247Sports has given the Bishop Gorman wide receiver a four-star rating.
