Renowned college football coach Bob Chesney, who has led several prominent programs, including Salve Regina, Assumption, and Holy Cross, has been serving as the head coach of James Madison University’s men’s football team since 2024.

Although, like Bob Chesney, his wife Andrea Jones Chesney prefers to live a private life and isn’t active on social media, the couple has been happily married for almost two decades, tying their knot in 2007.
Bob Chesney and his wife Andrea have always supported each other through the ups and downs of life.
Likewise, Bob Chesney and his longtime wife Andrea are blessed with three beautiful children: daughters Lyla and Hudson and a son named Bo.
They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lyla, in 2010; their second child, Hudson, was born in 2013; and their third child, and only son, Bo, arrived in 2014.

Andrea was there to support her husband, Bob Chesney, when his Holy Cross Football team, the Crusaders, defeated Fordham, earning the fourth consecutive Patriot League title and Football Championship Subdivision in 2022.
Bob expressed his happiness at being able to celebrate his achievements with his family, stating:
“To have our families there was so special, It is such a big deal for any football program. Our families sacrifice a lot with us not at home, and I think it is really important to share in those moments when you have the chance to do so.”

Moreover, after serving in her position for almost four years at BTG, she continued her journey as the Senior Consultant of Invotex Group.
Andrea also showcased her amazing management skills serving as the manager and business development officer of Deloitte Recap LLC, before becoming the client services director and team lead of Thomson Reuters.
Furthermore, Bob’s wife Andrea worked with several renowned companies in the Boston area, such as Clarivate Analytics, SHYFT Analytics, and Medidata Solutions.
Andrea most recently served as the Executive Director of Client Success and Global Head of Client Success at Citeline in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
