Joe Rogan, best known as a popular podcast host, comedian, and UFC commentator, is a proud father to three daughters. Among his three girls, his eldest, Kayja Rose, is his adopted daughter.

Kayja Rose, born Kayja Nichole Conner on August 23, 1996, in Atlanta, Georgia, is the daughter of Joe Rogan’s wife, Jessica Ditzel, and her late former partner, Keven “Dino” Conner, the late R&B singer from the group H‑Town.

Her biological father, Keven, passed away in a tragic car accident in 2003, leaving Jessica to raise Kayja on her own.

When Jessica Ditzel, a former model and cocktail waitress, married Joe Rogan in 2009. Later, Rogan legally adopted Kayja and accepted her as his own daughter. Since then, Kayja has been a full part of the Rogan family.

Kayja Rose has followed in her biological father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in music, specifically in the R&B genre.

She is an aspiring R&B singer-songwriter, and in 2017, she released her debut five-track R&B EP titled Tipsy.

Since then, she has continued to release singles, including “I Miss You” and “Red Flags” in 2023, as well as other tracks like “Mental,” “Submission,” “Reborn,” “Selfish,” and “Breathless Over You.

These songs are available on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud, where she has built a growing fanbase.

Joe Rogan Praises Kayja, “She’s an Awesome Kid.”

Podcaster Joe Rogan has occasionally spoken about Kayja on his podcast and in interviews.

While he tends to keep his family life private, he has made it clear that he deeply cares for all his daughters.

In 2012, during an appearance on The Rosie Show, Joe opened up about his relationship with Kayja. He said,

She’s an awesome kid. She’s not just a daughter, she’s like my friend. And I’ve worked really hard making sure we talk to each other as openly as possible.

He also once mentioned that being a father to Kayja has been a blessing in his life, and that he’s proud of her independence and creative journey.

Kayja, on the other hand, has expressed appreciation for Joe’s role in her life. Though she hasn’t often spoken publicly about their bond, she once shared on social media how grateful she is to have someone like Joe as a father figure, especially after losing her biological dad at a young age.

In Case You Didn’t Know

  • Before podcasting and UFC, Joe was doing stand-up comedy in Boston in the late ‘80s.
  • In 2020, he signed an exclusive licensing deal with Spotify, reportedly worth around $100 million, and later renewed it for even more.
