Ice hockey player Jonathan Quick is married to his high school sweetheart Jaclyn Quick. The couple are raising two kids together; son Carter and daughter Madison. 

Born in Milford, Connecticut, Quick plays as the goaltender for the 2023 Stanley Cup champions Vegas Golden Knights. 

Jonathan also played amateur league with the New York Rangers in the minor ice hockey league. Moreover, the team also featured future professionals Sean Backman, John Mori, Augie DiMarzo, and others. 

Later, he played collegiate hockey for the University of Massachusetts, where he recorded his first win against Clarkson University on October 15, 2005.

He briefly played for the Reading Royals of the ECHL and the Manchester Monarchs, an AHL team that is associated with the Los Angeles Kings, before breaking into the NHL.

On December 6, 2007, Quick made his NHL debut for the Los Angeles Kings against the Buffalo Sabres, winning 8-2.

He managed to win the Stanley Cup twice (in 2012 and 2014), the Conn Smythe Trophy once (in 2012), and the Willam M. Jennings Trophy twice (in 2014 and 2018) throughout his 15 seasons with the Los Angeles Kings (from 2008 to 2023).

On March 2, 2023, Jonathan Quick was transferred to the Las Vegas Golden Knights in exchange for Michael Hutchinson.

Jonathan and Jaclyn Backman Quick have been married since 2009. 

The couple met when they were both students at Hamden High School and had known one other for a very long time. As history would have it, they fell in love.

In light of this, nothing is known about her personal life. She might also have found a husband who values privacy in his personal life.

Jonathan Quick is renowned for maintaining the privacy of his personal affairs, yet he has frequently discussed the value of family in interviews.

Moreover, in the homes stadium of the Knights (T-Mobile Arena) in Paradise, Nevada, Jaclyn Quick, and their kids are frequently spotted encouraging and supporting Jonathan.

Daughter Madison was their first child and first grandchild in the Quick family. Likewise, Carter is their second child. 

However, neither parent is particularly active on social media, and neither has disclosed much about their kids’ lives.

Jonathan Quick was born to Doug and Lisa Quick, both of whom enjoyed playing hockey recreationally.

Doug, in particular, served as Jonathan’s coach during his youth hockey league days.

Both of his parents are avid supporters of the Knights player.

Furthermore, the talented goaltender has three siblings: Justin and Joey, who are his brothers, and Jessica Quick, his sister.

Notably, his brother-in-law Matt Moulson shared a similar stage with him.

Matt Moulson, a former Canadian hockey winger, spent the majority of his career playing for the New York Islanders and Buffalo Sabres in the NHL from 2006 to 2022.

Throughout his career, Moulson accumulated impressive statistics, including over 170 goals and over 190 assists in more than 650 games.

In contrast, Jaclyn, who was born to Mike and Toni Backman, had Alicia as her sister. While the names of Jaclyn’s other two siblings are unknown.

From the age of nine to eighteen, Jaclyn’s husband Jonathan received training from Mike.

Moreover, it is worth noting that their father was a hockey player for the New York Rangers during the 1980s.

Mike Backman competed for just under 30 games throughout his NHL career.

Additionally, both Alicia and Jaclyn consider their mother to be their role model.
