Additionally, an ice hockey stick isn’t the only thing he likes to swing, as the player also loves to go on golfing trips every now and then.
Jordan Harris Brother Elijah Harris
Elijah Harris is the older brother of Jordan, who has taught the player a lot of things about the game and life itself too.
He is also a professional hockey player born on June 29, 1997, in Haverhill, Massachusett. Elijah plays the role of guard and stands tall at a height of about 175 cm (5’9″).
The age gap between Jordan and Elijah is about three years. Previously, Elijah was an All-Scholastic goalie at Austin Prep.
Now, he is affiliated with Endicott College playing in NCAA III.
Elijah loves his brother very much and seems to enjoy spending time together, which he labels as “The Adventures of Jimmy and Pickle Boy.”
Jordan mentions that his elder brother is the biggest source of inspiration for him. He claims that his brother is the most hardworking player he has ever seen.
He says that his brother is really diligent and cares a lot about people.
Furthermore, his brother has taught him the importance of giving his best and genuinely caring about whatever he pursued, whether it was hockey or something else.
Being a few years older, he explained how observing his brother’s intense training sessions and dedication to studying had motivated him to do the same.
Jordan Harris Parents
Peter Harris and Ginny Harris are the parents of Jordan who have supported him thoroughly in reaching his goal.
Jordan’s mother is a nurse, and his father is a physical therapist. We can say that he comes from a well-educated family with medical roots.
He has followed in his father’s hockey footsteps as Peter was drafted by the New York Islanders in 1986.
After that, he went on to play goaltender for Haverhill High School, UMass Lowell, and the ECHL.
His mother claims that the pair make a modest living and try their best to make whatever needs Jordan and his brother have.
Jordan’s father would drive both of his sons to wherever they needed to go play hockey in his old van, whose speedometer now shows over 50,000 km.
His parents have always taught him to remain humble, continue working hard, and trust that things would work out.
They believed that as long as he stayed on that path, things would work out, and finally, after all the years of hard work, it seems like it has.
