Robinson (fully named Joseph Ryan Robinson) was born on April 10, 1989, under the star sign of Aries in Joliet, Illinois, the U.S. Unfortunately, there are no details regarding his family, background, siblings, and even education.

Career

Juice Robinson first developed his interest in wrestling at the early age of ten with his babysitter’s son, who was in high school. His best friend’s older brother introduced him to the wrestling world. 

During his high school days, Robinson started playing football and lifting weights. In the meantime, he also took arts, often dreaming of becoming a pro wrestler. 

By the time of his high school graduation, Truth Martini’s House of Truth wrestling school agreed to train him. 

The Professional Arena 

In 2008, Robinson stepped into the professional arena after making a debut for Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South (IWA). Furthermore, till 2011, he appeared in several championship games before joining the WWE. 

Robinson played for the Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) with the WWE for about a season. Following it, he debuted with the NXT before returning to the Independent Circuit.

Without much of his professional experience, Robinson struggled throughout his journey, and slowly the company started losing its faith in him. Not long after, he quit WWE and joined the New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) in 2015. 

In 2017, Robinson signed to be with the United States Heavy Weight Champions and devoted his time for two years. Moving on, he played with the FinJuice, Bullet Club, Ring of Honor, and Impact Wrestling.

Injuries

In 2020, Juice Robinson suffered a right leg injury; hence, he couldn’t compete on upcoming NJPW STRONG broadcasts. As for his recent injury in June 2022, Robinson had appendicitis. 

Due to it, he was pulled out of the show at the last minute and was rushed to the hospital. Later in 2021, Robinson struggled with COVID in January.
