Leake Central Girls Coach Accused of Letting Seniors Bully Freshman, But Girls Who Left Mid-Game Lied About Seniors—HUDL Video Shows the Truth

Don't call something "bullying" unless it truly is bullying.

In the incident at Leake Central, controversy arose when two freshmen players left the team mid‑game, claiming they were being bullied by seniors.

This led to accusations against the girls’ coach for allegedly allowing such behavior, with the consequence being the loss of two promising freshmen from the roster.

However, the situation became more complicated when it was revealed that the freshmen had already planned to transfer to another school after Christmas break.

This raised questions about whether the bullying claims were genuine or simply a cover for their departure.

The HUDL practice videos were even mentioned as evidence to challenge the bullying narrative, suggesting the truth might not align with the initial accusations.

Leake Central Girls Senior Speaks Out After Being Unfairly Labeled As “Bully”

Kilya Monae shared a post originally written by Michael Leflore, who criticized the coach, saying,

“It’s Crazy That Leake Central Girls Coach Let 2 of His seniors bully his freshman and now he has lost 2 of his best freshman because of now communication with his players.”

In response, Jakilya, one of the seniors accused, defended herself by clarifying that she was unfairly labeled as the “bully.”

She explained that the freshmen had already decided to transfer and accused them of lying to justify leaving mid‑game.

Jakilya emphasized her frustration with being misrepresented, stating she had always been kind to those girls.

She further said that she even offered access to HUDL practice footage to prove she was not guilty of bullying.

People reacted strongly to the post, sharing their points of view and questioning the claims.

One commenter highlighted their perspective by saying,

“Michael Leflore! Do you have any proof of what you saying or know the definition of bullying? Just because someone has soft or tender skin and don’t take constructive criticism the right way, it’s bullying! No Sir!”

Others echoed similar sentiments, pointing out how speculation without proof can distort the truth, and urging everyone to get the facts before commenting on sensitive issues.

They shared their POV, highlighting their concern about false accusations and how words can easily be taken out of context.

Additionally, they stressed that bullying is a serious matter that should not be misused as an excuse.
