Lewis Hall and his brother Connor Hall grew up as Newcastle United fans. Connor, like his younger brother, has made his career in soccer and currently plays for Solihull Moors.
Lewis might not have been too active in showing his love for Newcastle while coming up as a Chelsea player, but his brother didn’t shy away. During one of his games, Connor even did an Alan Shearer celebration.

The love for Newcastle United comes from their father, Colin Hall, and their grandad. So, it’s certainly exciting for the Hall family to see one of their sons play for their beloved club.
Though Chelsea respects the English youngster, Lewis grew frustrated with the lack of playing time at the London Club. Newcastle United will sign Hall on a loan move for £28 million with an obligation to buy clause.
Crystal Palace was the other club interested in signing the youngster, but Lewis wanted to join Eddie Howe and his new teammates Sandro Tonali and Harvey Barnes.
Lewis Hall Brother, Connor Hall, Is A Soccer Player
Lewis Hall’s brother, Connor Hall, was born and raised with his younger brother in Slough, England. Connor and Lewis grew up as Newcastle fans and would go to Newcastle games whenever they would play in Reading.
Connor, the older brother, was born on February 18, 1998, and the two share an age gap of six years. Both the brothers began their early soccer days with Binfield, but unlike his brother Connor had to take a longer route before joining a former Premier League team.
After his days with Binfield, Connor played for Eldon Celtic and Ascot United before joining Sheffield United. The 5’11 joined the former PL side in 2015 and without any league appearances, was loaned to Sheffield in 2016.

While at Sheffield, Connor made 15 appearances, scoring 12 goals, impressing everybody with his performances. He was then loaned to Mickleover Sports for a month before joining National League side Woking.
He permanently transferred to Bolton Wanderers in 2017 and played for the U-23 side. Later that year won the Bolton Wanderers Young Player of The Year Award.
Despite signing a two-year contract in 2018, Connor didn’t get as many senior appearances as he hoped for, leading him to join Accrington Stanley in 2018.
He appeared in 13 games for Stanley and later for Chorley in 2020 before returning for a second stint with Woking. He was once again loaned to Chorley, where he scored an extra-time winning goal in FA Cup first round and did an Alan Shearer celebration.
Connor moved permanently to Chorley and in the last three years, appeared in 79 games scoring 33 goals. Earlier this year, Connor signed with Solihull Moors on a two-year deal.
Lewis Hall Parents, Colin, And Laura Hall
Lewis Hall’s parents Colin, and Laura Hall, arrived at the Newcastle United training center on August 18 to complete their son’s loan move.
The former Chelsea player’s father, Colin Hall, a lifelong Newcastle United fan, started supporting the side with his dad. Colin has kept himself away from social media, but we can catch Mrs. Hall occasionally on her Facebook handle.

Recently, Laura Hall shared a picture of her and her husband enjoying their trip to Spain. In 2019, she shared a snap of her two athletic sons. Lewis later reshared the image on his Instagram handle.
In 2021, when Lewis signed his first professional contract with Chelsea, the proud parents and his older brother were seen alongside him. The Newcastle United player had shared a few of the pictures on his Instagram handle.
And though Lewis might’ve wanted to make his name with Chelsea, there’s no doubt that his parents fully support his decision to move to Newcastle.
