In the first round of the 1994 NBA draft, the New York Knicks picked him (24th overall).

Later, Williams received a three-year offer to serve as the New Orleans Hornets head coach on June 7, 2010.

The coach, who was thirty-eight years old when hired, became the NBA’s youngest head coach at that time.

Lisa enrolled at Angelo State University in 1998 to finish her degree. In 2002, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing concentration.

Her Instagram handle is a private one where she has only about 130 followers, but she does have a picture of her with her husband set as her display picture.

Accident Of Ingrid Williams, The First Wife Of Monty Williams

Monty Williams wed his first wife, Ingrid, in 1995, which lasted for more than two decades. During the time, Monty was still a relative rookie who was steadily rising.

Over the course of their marriage, they had five children, two boys, and three girls. Unfortunately, despite how close their bond was, their tale had a very unfortunate conclusion.

In 2016, Ingrid was driving when a sedan came at her car from behind and slammed into her head-on. She was in the car with her children Faith, Janna, and Micah.

Susan Donaldson, who is 52 years old, was the driver. Donaldson was allegedly traveling more than twice the 40 mph speed limit while in the left lane.

Ingrid died at the age of 44.

All three children survived without life-threatening injuries. William’s other two children who were not in the car are Elijah and Lael.

It was his children who helped him get through that tough time and get back into basketball.
