Los Angeles Dodgers player Freddie Freeman shines not only on the field but also at home, where he is a proud father of his three kids, Fredrick Charles II, Brandon John, and Maximus Turner.

Freddie tied the knot with his wife, Chelsea Goff, in 2014, and the couple share three children.

Alongside his ambition to become a sports star, Freddie always dreamed of having a big family and becoming a dad.

His wife once remarked that while baseball is very important to Freddie, being a dad might matter to him even more.

The baseball star has taken to fatherhood naturally, showing remarkable ease and warmth with his kids.

Freddie Freeman And His Wife Opted To Surrogacy After Facing Pregnancy Struggles

Freddie Freeman experienced fatherhood for the first time on September 16, 2016, with the birth of his eldest son, Frederick Charles Freeman II.

His wife even shared the first picture they got as a family of three with a heartfelt caption:

The couple wanted more kids; however, their journey after their first child was not easy.

Freddie’s wife struggled to get pregnant again, and the couple later decided to opt for surrogacy.

However, days before the actual embryo transfer, Chelsea learned that she was pregnant and that they were going from one to three kids.

The couple welcomed their second child, Brandon John Freeman, on December 20, 2020, and their youngest, Maximus Turner Freeman, on February 14, 2021. Interestingly, the two turned out to be twins with a twist.

Later, Chelsea opened up about her pregnancy journey, revealing its difficulties but emphasizing that it was ultimately worth it.

The boys have grown up since then, and the kids seem to have inherited their father’s love for baseball.

The kids often attend their father’s games with their mother and appear on the red carpet.

The couple enjoys sharing their outings, vacations, and memorable moments with their kids online.

Freddie and Chelsea love celebrating special occasions with their children and enjoy spoiling them on their special days, just like any parents would.

For their eldest, Charlie, the couple surprised him with his first-ever concert to Bad Bunny whom he loves.

On March 4, 2024, the Freeman couple shared pictures of Brandon wishing him a happy birthday with a heartfelt caption:

Brandon, you are the sweetest soul. You have so much joy in you. You give the best bear hugs. You LOVE everyone. You are the best surprise we ever got.

Further, on July 18, 2024, the entire Freeman family attended the 2024 All-Star Red Carpet.

However, days later, on July 24, 2024, their youngest, Maximus, was rushed to the ER and was later diagnosed with the Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a rare neurological condition.

Freddie’s team wore matching t-shirts that read “#MaxStrong” to show support during a home game.

During the recent World Series Bound games, the entire family came to cheer on Freddie, bringing the kids along to show their support.

As the Dodgers continue to win and reach Game 4, Freddie’s kids have attended all his games, as Chelsea’s social media posts show.

Nonetheless, Freddie Freeman is not only a great sportsman but also a wonderful father whom his kids look up to.
