Love is Blind’s season nine is getting closer, with the new season premiering on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, with 32 new singles, from a single dad to an entrepreneur, from someone who has Martial Arts experience to a Poker Champion.

Kaylen Johnson, 29, one of the standout contestants, comes from a martial arts family, which suggests that her upbringing was characterized by discipline, focus, and determination.

The Johnson family has also helped thousands of students learn Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and training. They run a Kemp Karate School, Universal Kempo Karate in Colorado.

Kaylen expects a few Things from her Partner

Kaylen’s family has almost five decades of experience in martial arts, and no doubt runs deep within her, too. She definitely won’t “Jab & Cross” or “Elbow” Strike the male contestants she dislikes, but she has insisted she won’t hesitate to give negative guys with big egos the chop.

The Colorado Resident is strictly looking for a lover who loves other people and is kind to animals.

When she slowly steps into the role of her partner’s hype woman, she has also said that taking her kindness for granted won’t be tolerated.

She has also promised to light the darkness and remind everyone about their specialty, and will not compromise in romantic relationships.

When asked, ‘What’s the one thing you won’t sacrifice for love?’ she replied, ‘In previous relationships, I was often told, ‘You’re doing too much,’ and thats something I’m not willing to sacrifice, is changing who I am,’ but also confesses she has people-pleasing tendencies.

Kaylen, a passionate traveler, also hopes to explore cities and her hometown of Colorado, along with her love. But will she finally get to meet her better-half after a year of being single? The time will tell.

However, there’s one constant: Logan Krantz, who is in the same profession as Kaylen and works as an Account Executive.
