Lucas Glover’s wife, Krista Glover, had been previously arrested in 2018 for assault against Lucas and his mother. But the couple have worked through their troubles and are now happily settled.
The couple tied the knot in 2012 and are parents to two kids. Lucas and Krista grabbed the headlines in 2018 after their altercations came out to the public.
The golfer said his wife would berate him every time he played poorly. And though their relationship might have seemed over, the couple gave their marriage a second chance.
The 44-year-old golfer has one major championship to his name, the 2009 US Open. But since then, he didn’t have much luck on the golf course.
His last victory was in Wells Fargo Championship in 2011 before he brought an end to the 10-year drought in 2021 by winning the John Deere Classic.
In the ongoing Barbasol Championship, Glover has taken the lead and has extended his streak of rounds in the 60s to 10. Adam Long, Daniel Brown, and Vincent Norman are currently tied in the second position.

Krista made headlines in 2018 after she was charged with misdemeanor battery and resisting arrest. She was arrested for allegedly assaulting her husband and her mother-in-law.
But after finding out what Lucas said to the authorities, this didn’t seem new in their relationship. When officers arrived at their Ponte Vedra Beach rental house, Krista and Lucas were in a verbal altercation.
Lucas told officers whenever he plays poorly Krista starts yelling at him and calls him a loser. Lucas and his mother, Hershey Glover, had lacerations on their arms, and Krista had no injuries.
Before the incident took place, Krista had been drinking all day and began berating Lucas in front of their kids. Lucas advised her to stop arguing in front of their kids.
But after putting the kids to sleep, Krista came back to argue with Lucas when a physical altercation began between them.
After all this event, many would think Lucas would divorce Krista, but the golfer decided to give their relationship one more chance. Three days after the incident, Glover released a statement on his Twitter.
He wrote Krista and his mother were involved in an argument to which police were called. He shared that Krista had been charged but wanted everyone to respect their privacy.

On August 11, 2021, Lucas shared a birthday post for his wife’s 40th as they enjoyed a vacation to Nikki Beach, St. Barth. He has also previously shared appreciation posts for Krista on Mother’s Day.

Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, and YSL are some of the fashion houses’ clothes Krista is seen wearing on her Instagram.
Krista has kept her handle strictly related to fashion and hasn’t shared any pictures of her with Lucas or their kids.
Lucas Was Previously Married To Jennifer
Before tying the knot with Krista, Lucas Glover was married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Smith.
Lucas and Jennifer were high school sweethearts turned college sweethearts and were graduates of Clemson University. They tied the knot in December 2005 and honeymooned in New York City.
When Lucas won the 2009 US Open, Jennifer was seen with Lucas as they climbed the Empire State Building.
The couple said when they came to New York for their honeymoon, they couldn’t get the chance to visit the building, but now had cameras following them as they looked down from the building.
But after the victory in the US Open, their relationship didn’t last long. Golf Magazine reported in 2011 the golfer was getting divorced from his high school sweetheart.
