Tom Stevenson also took to his official Facebook handle and offered heartfelt condolences.
I just saw where Dr. Jack Moore passed away Friday. I knew he had been battling cancer. He was the surgeon who did my right knee and my left shoulder. In my opinion, he was a great surgeon and an even better man. I have been holding off making a decision about my left knee hoping he would beat it. Heaven has gained a good man; and we’re a little worse off.
