Malik Taylor’s wife, Kendra Thompson, met her man after a month during the HOF game. Kendra and Malik tied the knot earlier this year in March in Louisiana.
The gorgeous-looking couple dated for seven years before tying the knot in 2023. Kendra has been with Malik since his days as a collegiate-level athlete. So, to see him make it to the NFL must be a special feeling for the Michigan native.
Malik Taylor didn’t have the perfect start in the NFL. He was waived by Buccanneers a month after signing. He then joined Packers but couldn’t become a pivotal player for them.
In December 2022, he signed with New York Jets practice squad and is now looking to start fresh in his new team. Recently, Malik made headlines after playing in the HOF game against the Cleveland Browns.
The wide receiver hauled in a 57-yard throw from Zach Wilson, his only notable contribution but the most impressive play of the night. Taylor has put in a solid training camp, making a case for himself for a roster spot.

Malik Taylor’s wife, Kendra Thompson, a Ferris State University graduate, previously worked as a PR and Social Media Intern at Mary Shelton Media.
Kendra previously enrolled at Grand Valley State University in 2016 and later completed her bachelor’s degree from Ferris State in public relations.
While at Ferris State, Kendra was the Vice President of Social Affairs one its society, Ferris State PRSSA. After graduation, Kendra joined the DIY company Making Pretty Spaces as a Creative Director but also continued working at The Fortress Golf Course in Food and Beverage.
Kendra quit her job at Mary Shelton in May 2022, and since then, it looks like she has been trying to establish her own company. With her interest being DIY and design, Kendra has an Instagram page called Kendra Taylor Design.
Kendra has shared a few posts giving ideas of interior designs one can use in their homes. The Instagram page, opened in November by Kendra, has nine posts, with the last one being in May.
Malik Taylor And Kendra Thompson Relationship
Malik Taylor and his wife Kendra Thompson might have known each other since high school.
One of their first photos together came in 2016, in which it looks like Malik attended Kendra’s high school graduation ceremony. The next snap of them came a few months later in their hometown in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
With Kendra attending Grand Valley State University for her first year, the two couldn’t be together for a year at their university. The next year, when Kendra transferred to Ferris State, Mailk graduated.
As Malik continued playing for Ferris State even after graduation, Kendra has several snaps of her attending his games. There are many snaps of Kendra posing with her man on the sidelines after the game used to be over.
In 2019, as Taylor entered the NFL draft, he went undrafted but was signed by Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kendra wished him luck for his trip to Florida, which could seal the deal for him as an NFL player.
But sadly, it wasn’t meant to be for Malik in Florida, but he was picked up by Green Bay Packers, making it easier for Kendra to attend his games. In August 2019, Kendra went to watch her first game for the Packers at Lambeau Field, repping the No.88 jersey of Malik.

After several years of dating, the couple announced their engagement in August 2022. On August 5, 2022, Kendra shared two photos showing her engagement ring with Malik in the frame.
The proposal took place in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and even Malik, who is not a frequent poster on Instagram, shared a few snaps from the proposal. He captioned the post, “You have been my greatest gift from God. I love you, Kendra Anne.”
Less than a year after their engagement, the couple tied the knot in New Orleans, Louisiana. The football couple had an intimate wedding ceremony with only a few friends and family attending it.
With Malik signing with the Jets, Kendra visited her man at the New York Jets Training Facility in June. Since then, Kendra has been busy with work, and on Thursday, the couple met for the first time in a month at the HOF game in Ohio.
