Earning her Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Mallory’s mother, Karen, began her career as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Chase in Greenwood Village, CO, in 2004.
She further worked as a mortgage loan processor at Wells Fargo in Denver, Colorado, for almost two years.
Regarding her father, Horace Pugh has been serving as a Multifamily Business Development Account Manager of PCS Residential since 2024.
Furthermore, earning his bachelor’s in business and management degree from Western Colorado University in 1987, Horace worked in his own company, PR Inc., for over 12 years.
He also worked as a business development specialist for Keesen Landscape Management Inc. in Englewood for almost two years and as a business development manager of LMI Landscapes in Austin, Texas, for almost a year.
