The town of Manila, Arkansas, is reeling after a tragic accident involving six local teenagers shook the community late Friday evening.

The crash, described by many as deeply traumatic, has left all six teens in critical condition—five undergoing treatment in Memphis and one in Little Rock.

As news spread, the entire region united in grief, prayer, and support for the affected families.

Champion Coffee expressed the heartbreak that many Manila residents feel, sharing that the accident has left the community “shaken” and struggling to understand the weight of the tragedy.

The business urged the town to cling to faith during this painful moment, reminding residents that “God is near to the brokenhearted.

They encouraged everyone to lift up the families, love one another fiercely, and stand together as Manila navigates the difficult days ahead.

The Leachville People of Praise UPC Church also called the community to prayer, asking residents to intercede on behalf of all six teenagers.

The church noted that one of the injured teens is related to their pastor’s family, making the tragedy feel especially close.

Their message emphasized steadfast faith and hope for healing, praying boldly for recovery, restoration, and miracles. “It may seem dark now,” they wrote, “but joy comes in the morning.

Support also poured in from surrounding districts and organizations.

Buffalo Island Central High School urged its community to stand with Manila, reminding everyone that neighboring towns become one family in moments of crisis.

We stand together as one community,” the school shared, lifting up both the Manila School District and all who were directly impacted.

The Mississippi County Regional Chamber echoed the sentiment, acknowledging the trauma the community suffered and extending sincere thoughts and prayers.

They encouraged the county to unite in support of the teenagers and their families as they face critical hours and uncertain days.
