The German professional golfer Marcel Siem and his wife Laura Siem have been married for over 11 years. Together they are proud parents of two kids: Victoria and Carlota.
After dating together for some time, the couple tied the knot in 2012.
However, they prefer to maintain a certain level of privacy and haven’t disclosed much about their personal life and family.
Marcel Siem was born on July 15, 1980, in Mettmann, Germany, where he began his professional career in 2000.
Coming through Qualifying School to join the European Tour in 2002, his first win came at the 2004 Dunhill Championship.
However, Siem got his second win 8 years later at the Alstom Open de France, ensuring his place in the 2012 Open Championship.
Additionally, the German professional golfer played on the Challenge Tour in 2021, where he won the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge in July.
By the end of 2022, Marcel relocated to Mauritius. There he ended his eight-year winless drought at the Hero Indian Open in 2023 with his 5th European Tour Win.
Moreover, the 43-year-old has represented Germany 4 times at the World Cup (2003, 2004, 2006 & 2013).
Notably, paired with Bernhard Langer, he got to hold on the world cup trophy in 2006.

Marcel Siem’s wife, Laura Siem, is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, and celebrates her birthday on May 24.
She went to Howe Sound Secondary School in Squamish, British Columbia, where she completed her formal education.
Later, Laura studied at Capilano College in North Vancouver. She then worked at Brliz as her part-time profession.
Furthermore, Mrs. Siem was also seen caddying her husband in 2017 and 2018.
Unfortunately, at the end of 2021, she was diagnosed with cancer. As his wife underwent treatment, Siem continued to play on the Challenge Tour.
“I cried a lot at the beginning of the season,” the German professional golfer said and also revealed that he kept the news private.
Following her cancer treatment, the couple moved to an island nation Mauritius in early 2023 and currently live there.
Moreover, the World Cup winner also runs his company, Marcel Siem Golf Experience, with his wife, Laura, as a partner.
