The American former football player Matt Rhule is married to the loving and supportive wife Julie Rhule, a registered dietitian by profession.

Matt and Julie started getting along in their college years at Pennsylvania State University and finally tied the knot after several years.

The couple together is now parents to three beautiful children: son, Bryant, and daughters, Vivienne and Leona.

Matthew Kenneth Rhule is an American football coach and former player. He is currently coaching the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision team Nebraska Cornhuskers.

The New York-born moved to Pennsylvania with his family as a teenager and played at the State College Area High School before walking on at Penn State.

The three-time Penn State Scholar-Athlete and a 1997 Academic All-Big Ten honoree played for the Nittany Lions for four years.

Rhule began his coaching career as the linebackers coach at Albright College in 1998. He served as a position coach at the Buffalo Bulls a year later.

Later, Matthew coached UCLA and Western Carolina before finally joining Temple Owls in 2006.

After serving as an assistant at Temple for six years, Rhule joined the New York Giants staff as an assistant offensive line coach.

After his coaching career as a head coach at Temple, Baylor, and Carolina Panthers, Matt signed an eight-year contract with Nebraska Cornhuskers In November 2022.

The wife of Matt Rhule, Julie, is a registered dietitian with Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company.

Moreover, she also works at Temple University in the Philadelphia area, focusing on proper diets and nutritional balance with college students.

As per reports, Matt’s wife grew up in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, in a well-educated family.

Her father, Donald Nibert, relocated the family, including her mother, Donna, and brother, John, to Pennsylvania to pursue his career at Penn College.

Nibert was a forestry instructor at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

However, Julie’s late mother, Donna Nibert, a home economics graduate of West Virginia University, passed away in 2012 after battling breast cancer for five years.

Reportedly, Mrs. Rhule had lost her younger sister, Cheryl, in a plane crash over the Atlantic Ocean in 1996.

Julie Rhule, Matt’s wife, was an undergraduate at Penn State when she first met the love of her life.

The couple started getting along and went on a couple of romantic dates.

A few years later, the pair tied the knot and has been together as proud parents of three beautiful children.

Matt welcomed his firstborn, Bryant Rhule, in 2005 in Asheville. Like his dad, Bryant is a huge sports enthusiast and a Taney Dragons fan. He played for the younger Taney Team.

Julie’s second child, Vivienne, was born prematurely in 2013. Two years later, the couple welcomed their youngest child, Leona.

Leona and Vivienne often appear on her dad’s Instagram handle, while Bryant is seen on outdoor trips with his parents. Rhule proudly posts pictures of his children on his social media accounts.

Julie and Matt take great pride in being parents, guiding and assisting their kids at every turn.
