Since around 2022, a rumor has been circulating online claiming that Justin Timberlake has a secret daughter named Iris Lynn Timberlake.

Justin Timberlake is a multifaceted entertainer and entrepreneur known for his wide-ranging talents and ventures.

In addition to his achievements in music and film, Timberlake is also a savvy businessman. In 2012, he became a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies.

The rumor began when a woman using the handle @axolotl_3000 on Instagram claimed to be his daughter, born on February 4, 2002.

She claimed her mother had a relationship with Justin in 2001 and that he paid her to keep it quiet.

In 2024, the woman even posted what she claimed was a birth certificate listing Justin as her father, along with other purported evidence, such as text messages and photos.

She didn’t stop there as she made some very serious accusations, including claims of abuse and saying that Justin forced her to have an abortion when she was just 14.

These allegations generated significant online buzz, and some people believed them without any solid evidence.

Woman Admits She Falsely Claimed To Be Justin Timberlake’s Daughter and Apologizes Before Seeking Mental Health Treatment

Justin Timberlake is married to actress Jessica Biel, and they have two sons together. Their first son, Silas, was born in 2015, and their second son, Phineas, arrived in 2020.

The couple tends to keep their family life private, but they’ve shared a few personal moments, like Silas enjoying music and Phineas being born during the pandemic.

The woman who ran the account claiming to be Justin Timberlake’s secret daughter came forward and admitted that the story was false.

She shared that she is 25 years old, and people who guessed she was born in the late ’90s were correct.

She had spent the past 3 to 4 years pretending to live a life that wasn’t real.

Her parents recently found out about it and were very upset, especially because she already had a difficult relationship with them.

She said she has been a big fan of Justin Timberlake since she was very young because her aunt, who is close in age to her, took her to his shows over the years.

Someone mentioned Justin Timberlake’s alleged secret daughter, ‘Iris Timberlake’ recently. She’s confessed it is not true and that she’s struggled with mental health

She saw Justin as a father figure because she never knew her real dad and didn’t have a good relationship with her stepfather.

Iris realized that using this fake identity to express herself caused more harm than good, both to others and to herself.

She also shared that during a previous treatment stay, she wrote negative things about others in a journal and used the account to be mean to people, even when they didn’t do anything wrong.

She reflected on how the fake account became an escape from her real life, especially when she was having emotional flashbacks.

Iris admitted that she sometimes forgot to take her medications and believes that her behavior on this account likely reflected that.

She started to become jealous and angry when she saw Justin spending time with his actual children, even though she logically knew he didn’t know who she was.

So, she planned to enter a new mental health program that won’t allow internet access, so she can focus on healing and personal growth.

Before deleting the account, she asked people to stop sharing the rumor that Justin Timberlake has a daughter.
