Matteo Arnaldi’s girlfriend, Mia Savio, is one of his true supporters. The young couple went public with their relationship earlier this year in January.
From accompanying him to Australia to all of the tournaments in the US, Mia Savio is giving her boyfriend much-needed confidence.
She was also last seen in Spain for the Madrid Open tournament and is likely to have made her way to Italy for the ongoing Italy Open.
The 22-year-old tennis player Matteo Arnaldi came into the limelight as he got the better of Casper Rudd in the Madrid Open. Earlier this year, he faced Daniil Medvedev as well.
In the Italian Open, Arnaldi has already defeated Diego Schwartzman and will now face Italian tennis player Lorenzo Musetti.

Matteo Arnaldi’s girlfriend, Mia Savio, has been alongside him in all the tournaments he has participated in this season.
It was Mia, who first went Instagram official with their relationship on January 9, 2023. Mia traveled to Australia with her tennis boyfriend to cheer him for the Australian Open qualifiers.
She shared a post of Matteo playing against the Swiss player Alexander Ritschard in one of the first qualifiers. Sadly, their stay in Australia was cut short, with Matteo being knocked out in the third qualifying round by Max Purcell.
In March, it was Matteo’s turn to go public with his romance with Mia. One of his pictures with Mia came during the training session for the Indian Wells Masters tournament.
He shared the picture of him and Mia alongside his tennis coach Alessandro Petrone on his Instagram handle. A few weeks later, after all the tennis tournaments in the US ended, Arnaldi shared a photo dump that included Mia.
Arnaldi Comes From A Sporty Family
Matteo Arnaldi hasn’t given much information to the media about his family.
Matteo is the oldest child of Fabrizio Arnaldi and Silvia Napolitano. In an interview, Matteo talked about his love for swimming and how he pursued the sport till he was 12. But eventually, his love for tennis trumped swimming.
The passion for swimming is a trait he received from his father, Fabrizio Arnaldi. Fabrizio is a group manager at Suedtirol Bank AG but was previously a swimmer.
His grandfather, Gianfranco, was also a lover of sports. He played basketball and tennis and was the one to teach him to play tennis.
Last year on May 5, 2022, Matteo won the wild card round at Internazionali BNL d’Italia. Later he said he was happy with his achievement as it fell on the same day as his mom’s birthday.
The tennis player has a younger sister, Sofia Arnaldi, who isn’t much active on social media.
Sofia Arnaldi is the younger sister of Matteo Arnaldi and currently resides in San Remo, Italy. She has shared a couple of pictures on her Facebook handle, and her Instagram bio states that she is currently studying human sciences.
