The accident occurred around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday at the intersection of Orangeview Drive and Ridge Road in Largo.
According to the Largo Police Department, a southbound Dodge Durango collided with a Kia Soul that was attempting a left turn.

At Largo High School, Haye was a standout on the Boys Varsity Football team, playing as a tight end (TE), outside linebacker (OLB), and middle linebacker (MLB) while wearing the #24 jersey.
His athletic prowess earned him recognition as one of the nation’s top-ranked linebackers, drawing attention from college football powerhouses like Florida, Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Ohio State.
Ultimately, Adarius chose to join the University of Miami Hurricanes, a decision that marked the beginning of a promising collegiate career.
As a sophomore linebacker wearing the #34 jersey, Haye quickly made an impact.
In his debut season, he played in 12 games, taking on an increasingly prominent role as the year progressed.
He was a key contributor on special teams, finishing the season with four tackles and one interception.
