Despite being a talented coach, there are some controversies surrounding him. The coach’s reputation was damaged when Toronto fired him.

During that time, various stories regarding the mistreatment of players created controversies.

Moreover, after the decision of the Blue Jackets, one of the critics, former NHL player Mike Commodore, published a video on Twitter saying, “Morning folks.

“Babs the bully gets another chance. Am I disappointed? Yes, I am disappointed. Am I surprised? No, I’m not. His whole retirement thing was a load of horses*** right off the bat.” Commodore said in the video.

The critic also doesn’t believe the coach has developed coaching skills during his time off.
