Growing up in Vancouver, Lucic attended Killarney Secondary School and was a fan of the hometown Vancouver Canucks, with a particular admiration for forward Todd Bertuzzi.

He began his career in major junior hockey with the Vancouver Giants in the WHL and won the Memorial Cup in 2007, where he was also named the tournament MVP.

Later, he was selected 50th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft and joined the Bruins at 19 in 2007-08.

Later, he won a Stanley Cup with the team in 2011. Lucic was the captain of Canada’s junior team at the 2007 Super Series.

Jovan Lucic, the older brother of Milan Lucic, has an impressive background in sports. He started playing ice hockey for the Burnaby-based club, White Eagles, in the Adult Safe Hockey League.

After initially playing with the Serbian White Eagles in Vancouver, he gained international recognition in football.

He showcased his goalkeeping skills at Buducnost Dobanovci and displayed his versatility and commitment to his football career during the 2013-14 season with FK Gorni Lisice in the Macedonian First League.

Nikola Lucic Is A Government Worker

Milan Lucic has a younger brother named Nikola, who works as an Acting Case Processing Officer at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Unlike his two older brothers, Nikola has chosen a different career path.

He is an experienced government worker with nine years of experience in federal government organizations. Nikola completed his education with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

He also attended Langara College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Psychology.

After completing his education, he held various positions within different Canadian organizations, including Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, Canada Border Services Agency, Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, Grand Villa Casino, and Walmart Canada.
