Athletic excellence runs in the family thanks to Beau Pribula’s parents and their sports background.

Beau Pribula has steadily risen as one of the most promising young quarterbacks in college football.

The York, Pennsylvania native currently plays for the Missouri Tigers, following his transfer from Penn State in December 2024.

Before his move, Pribula built his reputation as a versatile quarterback who combined passing precision with rushing ability.

Rated a four-star recruit by On3.com and ESPN, and a three-star by 247Sports and Rivals, Pribula first committed to Penn State in August 2020.

He entered the program in 2022 and redshirted as a freshman, but his competitive spirit kept him in the spotlight.

In 2023, he played in 11 games, recording his first rushing touchdown against West Virginia and his first passing touchdown against Delaware.

His versatility shone through when he became Penn State’s leading rusher against Rutgers after Drew Allar’s injury.

Pribula ended the 2023 season with 10 total touchdowns, including a highlight 48-yard touchdown pass in the Peach Bowl against Ole Miss.

In 2024, he played in 12 games and led Penn State to a crucial comeback win against Wisconsin.

After Allar announced his return for another season, Pribula entered the transfer portal and committed to Missouri, seeking a larger role to showcase his talent.

Beau Pribula Draws Strength And Discipline From His Supportive Parents, Tad and Steph

Beau Pribula is the son of Tad and Steph Pribula, who have played a significant role in shaping both his athletic career and personal values.

His parents come from a strong sports background, and their influence has been evident throughout his development as a quarterback.

His father, Tad Pribula, played college football as a wide receiver at Shippensburg University from 1987 to 1991.

Beyond his athletic days, Tad built a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and currently serves as a Senior Territory Business Manager at Amgen.

His earlier professional roles included positions at Purdue Pharma, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Baxter International.

Tad’s football experience, combined with his professional discipline, gave Beau a model of resilience and hard work.

He often speaks highly of Beau’s attention to detail, especially in his ability to study plays and master offensive schemes.

Beau’s mother, Steph Pribula, has been equally supportive, offering stability and encouragement as her son navigated the pressures of high-level college football.

Penn State’s official records confirm her as his mother, and she has often been present in her son’s journey alongside Tad.

Athletic talent runs deep in the Pribula family. Beau’s older brother, Cade, is also a quarterback who has played at Delaware and Sacred Heart University.

Alongside his grandfather, uncle, and aunts—who were also college athletes—the family reflects a tradition of sports excellence.

This strong athletic foundation provided Beau not only with role models but also with a competitive environment that fueled his growth into the player he is today.
