During his 19 seasons, Rafael played for seven different teams in the Mexican baseball league.

Similarly, her brother Rafael Jr. also excelled in baseball and was signed by Florida/ Miami Marlins of MLB.

He currently plays for the Tijuana Bulls of the Mexican Baseball League, which their father manages.

Growing up in a sports-oriented household, Sofia developed a passion for sports, especially softball, where she excelled as a player.

In 2018, she played a significant role in leading her team, Gaviotas, to a cup championship.
