Jimmie and Chandra faced a tragedy back in June 2023 when Chandra’s parents, Jack and Terry, along with her nephew Dalton, tragically passed away in a murder-suicide incident.
According to reports, Terry Lynn, 68, was suspected of shooting her husband, Jack Janway, 69, and their grandson, Dlaton Janway,11, before shooting herself at their home in Muskogee.
While the motive for the shooting was unclear, the report stated that Chandra’s mother, Terry Janway, called 911 around 9 p.m. Monday, June 26, and reported a disturbance and someone with a gun.
Likewise, when the police arrived at the location, they saw the lifeless bodies of Terry, her husband, and their grandson.
Chandra’s father, Jack, was found on the floor near the front door with a gunshot wound in his chest, while Terry was found seated on a couch with a wound to the chest and a firearm near her hand.
Their 11-year-old grandson Dalton was found lifeless on his bed with wounds on his head and chest.
This was not the first time that Chandra faced the tragedy of losing her family members; she lost her brother, Jordan Janway, in a skydiving accident in 2017; he was 27 years old.
Moreover, Chandra has two more siblings, Caleb and Marianne, whose information is unavailable. It is unclear if Dalton was the child of Caleb, Marianne, or Jordan.
