David Aldridge and his wife, Dianne, have been married since February 15, 2011. He has publicly acknowledged his wife for her dedication and support.

The sports reporter reflected on a memorable time in an article for The Athletic when his three-month-old baby had just been born, and he and his wife had just signed contracts to renovate his house as he anticipated a new job at ESPN.

In the aforementioned article, he reflects on missing significant moments in his family’s life as his two sons grow up.

He hopes to attend more of their events and spend quality time with his wife. Despite the long days and numerous games, he looks forward to coming home instead of staying in hotels.
