Heinrich Haarberg, born on March 15, 2003, in Kearney, Nebraska, is a talented college football quarterback for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
He hails from an athletic family; his father, Rod, played football as a fullback at Nebraska, while his mother, Liz, was a track athlete at Oklahoma State.
During his senior year at Kearney Catholic High School, Heinrich threw for 1,857 yards and 19 touchdowns, in addition to rushing for 556 yards and 10 touchdowns, earning him a three-star recruit rating.
He became the first in-state quarterback since 2001 to sign a National Letter of Intent with Nebraska, joining the team as an early enrollee in January 2021.

Heinrich continued as the starting quarterback for most of 2023, accumulating notable stats, including 967 passing yards and 477 rushing yards.
Moving into the 2024 season, he transitioned to a primary backup and utility role, demonstrating his adaptability and team spirit.
