New York Liberty Basketball Guard Natasha Cloud Hard Launches Her Relationship with Fellow WNBA Player Isabelle Harrison on Podcast!

This article was last updated by on

In a conversation on The Pivot Podcast, aired on March 14, 2025, WNBA star Natasha Cloud put an end to months of speculation by confirming her romantic relationship with fellow WNBA player Isabelle Harrison.

The confirmation came as no surprise to those who had followed the breadcrumbs after their rumored relationship’s soft launch in February 2025.

The podcast interview on The Pivot Podcast provided fans with a personal look at Cloud’s life and the unexpected love story between the two celebrated basketball veterans.

On the podcast, Natasha Cloud openly discussed meeting Isabelle Harrison, a Chicago Sky forward, at a crossroads in her life, saying:

When I met Izzy, I was coming out, probably like the worst part of my life.

Cloud’s further described Harrison as “a very beautiful straight woman that fell in love with me.” She added:

We weren’t looking for each other, but we found each other and fell in love. It is the most beautiful, most calming, sound thing to my career, to my life. I feel like I have flourished since being with her because she has calmed every part of my life down.

Satou Sabally’s Casual Comment Somewhat Confirmed Natasha Cloud and Isabelle Harrison’s Rumored Relationship!

Rumors of Cloud and Harrison’s relationship had been brewing for weeks before the podcast. The soft launch of their relationship had begun around Valentine’s Day 2025.

On February 14, Cloud posted a romantic message on Instagram, featuring a photo of her and Harrison with the caption, “My heart found its home.”

The rumors gained more hype when Dallas Wings forward Satou Sabally unintentionally let the cat out of the bag during a post-game interview on January 25, 2025, after an Unrivaled 3×3 league match.

Sabally, who plays alongside Cloud on the Phantom Basketball Club, praised Cloud’s leadership, saying:

She was actually supposed to have off today and be with her girlfriend for her jersey retirement, Isabelle Harrison. So, thank you so much Natasha for staying with us.

The comment referenced Harrison’s high school jersey retirement ceremony at Hillsboro High, an event Cloud skipped to support her Unrivaled team.

Sabally’s casual mention in nearly no time made grand waves on social platforms. “Natasha Cloud and Isabelle Harrison? The WNBA power couple we didn’t know we needed,” one user wrote.

Fast-forward to Cloud’s appearance on The Pivot Podcast, the basketball player transformed those whispers into fact, giving fans a front-row seat to her joy.

WNBA player Natasha Cloud Was Previously Married to Softball Player Aleshia Ocasio!

The basketball star, Natasha Cloud, was married to Aleshia Ocasio; however, their seemingly sound marital relationship didn’t last long.

Cloud and Aleshia married in 2019 and divorced after 3 years.

If you didn’t know, Cloud and Aleshia Ocasio’s love story began through Instagram.

In 2018, Cloud, then a rising star with the Washington Mystics, stumbled upon Ocasio’s profile while watching the College World Series.

Smitten by Ocasio’s charm, Cloud took a bold step. She began liking her posts, hoping to get her attention.

Ocasio, however, didn’t respond immediately. It took six months for her to reply to Cloud’s direct message.

When she finally did, the connection was instant. Their first in-person meeting came shortly after, when Ocasio flew to Atlanta to watch Cloud play during a WNBA game.

Since their meeting, their relationship took off in nearly no time. Cloud shared in a 2021 Outsports interview, “From there, it was over. I won her over.”

Despite busy schedules, Cloud and Ocasio made it work. During the offseason, Ocasio moved to Washington, D.C., after graduating from Florida and took a job as an assistant coach at Howard University.

After dating for 11 months, Cloud proposed to Ocasio in July 2019 during the WNBA All-Star break in Martin County, Florida.

Later, in the fall of 2019, Cloud and Ocasio secretly tied the knot.

Despite the strength of their connection, Cloud and Ocasio’s marriage didn’t last. They separated and divorced in 2022.

The reasons for their split remain undisclosed. Meanwhile, Ocasio has stayed quiet, focusing on her softball career.
