Baseball executive David Stearns’s wife, Whitney Lee Stearns, keeps a low profile; however, she has supported him through his highs and lows.

The president of baseball operations for the New York Mets, David Stearns, and his wife, Whitney Stearns, met before his rise to fame in the baseball world.

David Stearns crossed paths with Whitney Ann Lee, a Houston native, on a blind date while he was working for the Houston Astros.

While the precise details surrounding their relationship timeline remain unknown, their bond eventually grew stronger over time.

David and Whitney engaged in August 2015 before walking down the aisle on January 21, 2017, in a private ceremony in Houston.

The married couple of 9 years have built a family, welcoming their first child, a daughter named Nora Ann, on October 4, 2018.

Nora’s birth came just before the National League Division Series opener against the Colorado Rockies, a special moment noted by Brewers owner Mark Attanasio for its perfect timing.

The couple later had a son named Austin; however, they have kept details about him private from the media.

David has said it’s “cool” that his kids get to grow up as Mets fans, just like he did.
