Tanner is an American football quarterback who played for the Stanford Cardinal, after which he went for the NFL pre-drafts.
Being among the top prospect for the 2023 NFL Draft, Tanner’s chances to be among other previous Standford quarterbacks like Nolan Smith is higher.
Tanner went to Centennial High School in Corona, California, for his high school education, where he was also a part of the school football team.
During high school, he excelled in his game and got to play at the national level for the 2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Polynesian Bowl in his senior year.
Rivals, 247sports, and ESPN also named him a four-star recruit by the end of his high school career.
He joined Standford in 2020 and was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week in September 2021.

The quarterback married his long-term girlfriend, Lauren Rasmussen, on June 11th, 2022.
They met during Tarren’s two years committed LDS mission in Brazil and had been dating till they tied the wedding bells.
The couple married in Newport Beach, California, in a closed wedding, curated with a minimal color scheme theme.
During the album shoot, the couple was in a light setting with the beach in the background and Caroline in a boho salmon dress with Tanner in a blue shirt and pants.

Family Of Tanner Mckee
Tanner was born in 2000 in Irvine, California, to his parents, Jeremie McKee and Layna McKee.
He grew up with his three siblings, Kayla, Alexa, and Carden; otherwise, no other information is available on the siblings or parents.
Mckee’s family immensely supports Tanner and his career choices; they frequently attend the quarterback’s matches.

Battle With Cancer
Tanner suffered from skin cancer during his sophomore year but is now healthy after the recovery and treatments.
His mother, Layna, noticed it in the form of a mole on his forehead near the hair scalp, so she took her to the dermatologist.
After the head, chest, and back biopsies, the results were positive for melanoma, which was later revealed is hereditary, as his grandfather died of melanoma.
After the successful surgery doctor removed a piece of skin surrounding the mole and the two lymph nodes.
At the time, Tanner was just 16, and his journey with the disease made him a more empathetic missionary.
Which compelled him to be on a two-year mission in Curitiba, Brazil, to serve The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This mission was spiritual, intellectual, and natural growth for Tanner. After this, he joined Standford and kick-started his career in basketball.
