Paul Giallonardo, born in Unionville, Ontario, was a professional hockey player who was a defenceman for Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League.

Paul started his hockey journey with remarkable passion and talent with the Markham Islanders.

Later, with exceptional skills, Giallonardo began his OHL career after the Spitfires selected him in the fourth round of the 2000 OHL Priority Selection.

During his tenure with the Spitfires from 2001 to 2005, Giallonardo showcased his skills with brilliance beyond mere statistics.

He amassed 18 goals, 73 assists, and 91 points in 247 regular-season games, making an undeniable impact on the team.

Moreover, Giallonardo’s impressive career extended beyond his tenure with the Spitfires as he continued to excel in hockey dedicating three seasons to St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Following that, he also played internationally and spent one season playing professionally in Italy before finally retiring in 2009.
