Jordyn Wiber’s husband, Chris Brooks, Has Won 4 Gold Medals

Chris Brooks is a celebrated gymnast in his own right.

A member of the U.S. men’s gymnastics team at the 2016 Rio Olympics, Brooks has been an influential figure in the sport, both as an athlete and a coach.

Known for his leadership, charisma, and athletic prowess, Chris has inspired many young gymnasts throughout his career.

In the 2012 Pacific Rim Championship, he won 4 gold medals for the U.S.

Currently, he is an assistant coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks NCAA gymnastics team.

His dedication to gymnastics and his positive energy have made him a beloved personality in the community.

The Beginning of Wieber And Brooks

Jordyn Wieber and Chris Brooks’ journey began in 2011 when both of them were in Tokyo, competing in the World Championship.

Their friendship for 5 years turned into a love story when they reconnected on a 2016 post-Olympic tour and started dating.

Initially, they were in a long-distance relationship for three years until they moved together to Arkansas.

Their shared passion for the sport and mutual admiration for each other’s achievements quickly brought them closer.

Despite their busy schedules and the demands of their careers, the couple found solace and strength in each other.

After 5 years of dating, Chris decided to take their relationship to the next level.

In October 2021, he proposed to Jordyn in a beautifully planned moment that perfectly captured their love and commitment.

Brooks flew all the way from Arkansas to Michigan, where Wieber was being inducted into the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame, to propose to her.

“I was in Michigan being inducted into the MSHOF and I was celebrating with my entire family and he surprised me by flying in and surprising me! He walked in the door, my jaw dropped, and he got on one knee. We designed the ring together a few weeks ago, but I had no idea it was ready or when he was gonna propose. Definitely didn’t expect him to show up in Michigan.”
