Born on July 1, 2002, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Amy grew up in Upper St. Clair alongside her sister.

She graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, excelling in her studies and earning admiration from her professors.

Amy dreamed of becoming a healthcare specialist, a career where she could continue helping others with her caring and empathetic nature.

Mike Mudry, a friend of Amy Bellas, shared a heartfelt memory of their time, writing:

I am so sad to hear of Amy’s passing. I will always remember back in the day when Amy, Nick, and I would sing the Bicycle Race song by Queen coming home from swimming. It made her laugh every time.

As a student-athlete, Amy was passionate about sports and fitness. She loved dancing, skiing, swimming, and practicing jiu-jitsu, bringing energy and dedication to everything she did.
