Pero Antic was born in Skopje, SFR, Yugoslavia, in North Macedonia on July 29, 1982.

After he went to high school, his coaches slowly assisted him, and he was later selected by AEK Athens, which offered him four years deal and won his first Greek League Championship in 2002.

Pero played with teams like Rabotnicki Skopje, AEK Athens, Crvena Zvezda, Academic Sofia, Lokomotiv Kuban, Spartak St.Petersburg and Olympiacos.

During his game with Lukoil Academic, he recorded 23.3 points and 9.3 rebounds in each game.
