The incident that took place on December 20, 2025, and the clip is just not sitting right with the people.

In the viral clip, we can see the coach leaning way over the boards, getting right up close to the young female referee who is officiating the game.

He is yelling at her so loudly, pointing a finger at her, that even though the camera is far away, you can hear him speak at the top of his lungs.

It looks like he’s furious about something that happened on the ice ring, but the way he’s acting is way over the line for a kids’ game.

At one point, the referee seems really uncomfortable with how close he’s getting and how intense the screaming is.

He was screaming so much that the referee had to back off a little to create some space between them.

With all the chaos going on, another referee came onto the scene try to calm the coach.

After the clip went viral, many said this type of behavior is unacceptable. A hockey program named Swain’s Hockey wrote:

This is honestly so sickening. Cant even process how a coach in a squirt game can get so “animated” at what looks to be a young official. Be better.
