On Christmas Eve in 2018, he proposed to Paige, and it was the easiest yes for her.

A year after their engagement, on December 7, 2019, Kyle and Paige got married in a private ceremony at the Barnsley Resort near Atlanta.
The wedding was intimate, with close family, friends, and some of Kyle’s Cubs teammates, like Jason Heyward and Albert Almora Jr., in attendance.
It was a beautiful day filled with love, and their agent, Jason Romano, shared photos, saying, “Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Schwarber. What a beautiful wedding!!”
In March 2022, they welcomed their first son, Kade Schwarber.
