Phoenix Youth Basketball Coach Under Police Investigation After Allegations of Abuse and Favoritism

A Phoenix youth basketball coach, Kris Harris, is facing a police report after Nay Nay accused him of physical misconduct, allowing bullying, and unfairly ejecting her son from the team.

The incident came to light after the boy’s mother posted a detailed account on Facebook.

Nay Nay alleges that Coach Kris Harris put his hands on her son during a team event.

She claims Harris allowed two other boys to bully and punch her son, and did nothing when her son’s $60 basketball was stolen.

Despite these events, her son was reportedly the only player removed from the team.

Do not ever put your hands on my child again. As a parent, I respect all rules and whatever happens, but you allowed two other boys to bully and punch on my son. You allowed my son $60 basketball to get stolen, but my child was the only child to get kicked out.

Nay Nay

Nay Nay states the removal came after her son reacted to being punched first by throwing a smoothie at another player.

She emphasizes that her son has never been in trouble before and accuses Harris of playing favorites with other players.

How your a coach and picking and choosing? Oh thats right, you got your favorite players!!
Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong!!

Nay Nay

Nay Nay confirms she has filed a formal police report against Kris Harris.

The allegations are serious and are now under police review. It includes physical contact by a coach toward a minor and a failure to address assault and theft.

No official statements have been released by the team or Coach Harris at this time.
