On October 15, 2025, the world lost one of its most genuine and kind-hearted souls — Eric Gabbani.

Known for his unwavering loyalty, infectious positivity, and compassionate nature, Eric left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Eric dedicated his life to helping others, whether as a CrossFit instructor, personal nutritionist, or simply a trusted friend who always made time for those in need.

His energy inspired everyone around him to be their best selves, and his love for life was evident in everything he did — from early morning workouts and sunrise hikes to cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.

A devoted family man, Eric was the youngest son of Holly and the cherished baby brother of Greg and Brett.

He loved being “Uncle E” to his nieces and nephews and was a proud dog dad to his beloved Delilah, who stayed faithfully by his side.

Eric’s faith and family were at the center of his life, and he brought that same warmth and devotion to every relationship he nurtured.

The suddenness of Eric Gabbani’s death has left a deep void, and his friends and community are rallying to support his loved ones during this unimaginable time.

A GoFundMe campaign has been established to help his mother, Holly, cover funeral expenses.

Every contribution, no matter the size, ensures that Eric receives the memorial he deserves and eases the financial burden on his family.

Friends remember Eric as a man with a heart of gold and a lively spirit.

For anyone who considered him a friend, we were the lucky ones,” said Aleece Melthratter.

Laurie Neel echoed the sentiment, stating,

“Eric had a heart of gold and was such a cut-up. It’s sad the world will have to go on without him.”
