Hilary Agnello, a volleyball coach at Prairie Ridge High School and dean at Crystal Lake South High School, was involved in a car accident in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Recently, Agnello was involved in a legal matter after being charged with misdemeanor child endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol following a car accident.
The incident occurred on May 9, around 9:15 p.m., when she was driving.
According to court records from McHenry County, two children, ages 12 and 14, were in the vehicle at the time.

Authorities reported that she failed to yield while turning, resulting in a two-car crash.
Law enforcement obtained a search warrant for blood-alcohol testing after she refused to submit to the test voluntarily.
In addition to DUI-related charges, she was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and failing to reduce speed.
Following the incident, she was placed on administrative leave by the school district while legal proceedings continue.

Hilary Agnello is an experienced educator and coach based in Illinois with a strong background in mathematics education.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Penn State University and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from National Louis University.
Over the years, she has taught math at various institutions, including Geneva High School, Crystal Lake Lundahl Middle School, and McHenry County College.
