Former high school football player Bradi James, who was recently shot in the back of the head, was declared brain-dead, leaving his parents, Tracy and Robbie, praying for their son’s life.

Bradi James was an 18-year-old high school graduate who had recently completed his studies at Parkersburg, West Virginia.

According to his family, he had been registered for organ donation, which will likely save the lives of up to eight people.

Bradi James From Parkersburg Has Left the Brain-Dead Stage and Finally Rested; Family Seeks Community Support!

Following the tragic incident, Bradi James’s uncle, Steven Edwards, has launched a fundraising campaign to help the James family.

According to Steven, there was a 98% chance that Bradi could die at any time, so he is seeking community support for the funeral and burial.

He is survived by his parents, Tracy and Robbie, along with his three siblings: two sisters and one brother.

Bradi was not just a kind-hearted kid from Parkersburg; he was also the proud son of his parents.

His father, Robbie, shared a Facebook post a few months ago, stating that Bradi had recently become a certified electrician, which made him very proud.

Among the four children, Bradi was the oldest and had made his parents proud through his hard work and dedication.

Following this tragic incident, not just his parents and family members, but the entire community is grieving the loss and helping with fundraising efforts.

Many have expressed their support through donations and kind words, with one of Bradi’s mother, Tracy’s, friends writing in the comments:

Kennedy and I have been praying for Bradi and his momma. We are so, so, so sad I cant put into words. I’ve been a zombie since yesterday afternoon. I cant imagine Tracy’s pain. May God wrap every inch of His arm’s around her and comfort her in every moment. Bradi was a special kiddo. I always thought so. I’m tore up and lack the proper words. Cant get them off my heart. I hope the community surrounds them with love and compassion and helps them with anything they may need during the holidays and future days.

While everyone prayed for Bradi and expressed their sorrow and support, we also extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Bradi James family, friends, and everyone who knew him.

May Bradi find peace!
