Recently, a Jeffersonville High School football player, Bryce Grant, was involved in a shooting in the Mike Lounge parking lot, leaving the community praying for the young athlete’s life.

Recently, John Rogers, an administrator of the Jeffersonville Government and Public Safety group, shared a post on Facebook about the shooting incident involving Bryce Grant.
In the post, John alleged that an altercation took place involving the victim, his mother, and her boyfriend.
Following the fight, the boyfriend reportedly shot Bryce and fled the scene with the mother, leaving the victim behind.
As of now, no police reports have confirmed the identity of the person who fired the shot, and the investigation appears to be ongoing.
Following John’s post, a few people expressed concern regarding the privacy of the victim and asked him to delete the post.
However, John stated that he had consulted with the grandmother before making the post.
On the other hand, Bryce’s grandmother, Taffy Crenshaw Martin, also shared a post seeking the community’s prayers and support during this difficult time.
Following Taffy’s post, many people in the comments expressed their sympathy and offered prayers, with one user writing:

While everyone who knows Bryce is praying for his recovery, official reports regarding his condition and the details of the incident have yet to be released.
