Eli Meredith, a native of Leitchfield, Kentucky, reportedly lost his life in a tragic car crash.
Eli Meredith was a dedicated and passionate young athlete from Caneyville, Kentucky, who came into the world weighing 7 lbs 1 oz, with a full head of black hair and big brown eyes.
He played a variety of sports and consistently gave his all in everything he did, whether it was baseball, where he wore #3, or football as #23 for the Caneyville Raiders.
In the 2025 baseball season, he helped lead the Longhorns to first place in the regular season and ultimately claimed the championship title.
As per the source, he also played basketball for GC Ballers, and his team secured second place in 2019.

As per several sources, Eli Waylon James Meredith passed away in July 2025 due to a horrible car accident at the age of 16.

Please please stop and say a prayer for my cousin Tabatha Meredith and Clayton Meredith ‘s son Eli…he was in a horrible car accident and needs all the love and prayers he can get!!!

Born on December 12, 2008, Eli Waylon James Meredith was raised by his father, Clayton Meredith, and his mother, Tabatha Meredith.
According to the source, Eli’s parents got married on December 22, 2004.
Eli’s mother, Tabatha Meredith, graduated from Grayson County High School.
Since August 2, 2021, she has been serving as an instructional preschool aide at Clarkson Elementary School.
