Former NFL player and Quincy Notre Dame Raiders head coach Jack Cornell’s wife, Lauren, maintains a low-key life and remains tight-lipped about his suspension.

Jack Cornell was suspended for one game due to “poor judgement exercised in a pre-game team meeting” on August 29, 2025.

QND Athletic Director Bill Connell announced the suspension, and Cornell missed the home game against Alton Marquette on September 5, 2025.

Despite this, his wife supports him through thick and thin. In fact, Lauren has been by his side through his whole football journey, from his days as a standout player to his time in the NFL and now as a coach.

Jack Cornell and Lauren Cornell Have Been Married for 13 Years!

QND head coach Jack Cornell walked down the aisle with the love of his life, Lauren, in July 2013.

That said, the precise details surrounding their relationship timeline remain unknown, including how and where they met.

Above all, unlike Jack, whose life is like an open book, Lauren maintains a low-key social life.

That said, Jack has spoken about how much her support means to him, especially when he was inducted into the Quincy Notre Dame Hall of Fame in 2023.

He thanked her directly, saying,

I want to thank my wife, Lauren, for being with me every step of the way through my football journey.

This speaks volumes about how much he values her presence in his life.

Likewise, another instance when Jack mentioned Lauren was when he was reliving his Super Bowl XLVII win with the Baltimore Ravens in 2013.

He talked about how she was with him after the game, looking at a souvenir newspaper while he held the Lombardi Trophy.

Jack and Lauren have a son, Troy, and a daughter, born in 2022.

A family man, Jack, occasionally shares an appreciation post for his family and their presence.

On his 35th birthday in June 2024, Jack shared a family picture featuring his wife and kids, writing:

God has provided me with many blessings over 35 years, but no greater blessing than my family.
