Ramon Urias has a younger brother named Luis Urias, who is a professional baseball player.
The two Urias brothers grew up playing baseball together. And the eldest Urias sibling was responsible for Luis to pursue a baseball career.
Born to a family of sports fans, Ramon and Luis were encouraged to play baseball.
They both play in the MLB; however, the younger one, Luis, was the first to make the MLB debut.
Luis and Ramon were up against each other for the first time during a three-game series on June 6, 2023.

Ramon Francisco Urias Figuerao, born June 3, 1994, is a Mexican professional baseball infielder for the Baltimore Orioles of the MLB.
The baseball player started his professional career as an international free agent with the Texas Rangers in December 2010.
The Mexican was later loaned to Diablos Rojos del Mexico of the Mexican League.
Following his stint with the Diablos, he signed a minor league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals but was designated for assignment on February 6, 2020.
Later, on February 11, 2020, the Baltimore Orioles claimed off waivers and made his MLB debut on August 20.
Moreover, Ramon became the Orioles’ primary third baseman for the 2022 season and won the Gold Glove Award for the American League’s third basemen.
Ramon Urias Brother Luis Urias
Ramon’s brother, Luis Urias, born June 3, 1997, is exactly three years younger than him. Luis is also a professional baseball infielder for the Milwaukee Brewers of MLB.
Like his brother, Luis signed as an international free agent with the San Diego Padres in December 2013.
Upon signing, he was assigned to Dominican Summer League Padres and later to several Class A, AA, and AAA teams.
Luis made his MLB debut with the Padres on August 28, 2018, but his season was cut short after suffering a left hamstring injury.
Following his injury, the Padres traded him and Eric Lauer to the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for Trent Grisham, Zach Davies, and cash considerations.

On May 31, 2021, he recorded his first career walk-off of Detroit Tigers reliever Jose Cisnero.
Luis signed a one-year contract worth $4.7 million with the Brewers on January 13, 2023, but sustained a left hamstring injury on April 1.
Ramon’s younger brother could not retain his place in the major league despite being activated on June 5 after recovering from injury.
He was optioned to the Triple-A Nashville Sounds on June 29, and Brice Turang was called to fill his spot.
